Job Summary:
The position’s primary responsibility is to support Trident Solutions customers and the outside sales force through the completion of quotes, order tracking, and client communication. This position will require an organized, independent, and proactive worker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Graphic design experience is preferred.
Job tasks & Responsibilities:
Client Services Representative
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Document client approvals and purchase order transaction
- Create and edit custom graphics
- Route opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel
- Work with production to track and expedite manufacturing jobs

Job Type & Benefits
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday

- Salary Range- $40,000- $45,000 per year
Required Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in database management, manufacturing and/or accounting software
- Time management and organizational skills to complete multiple tasks under critical deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving analysis abilities
- High attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
- Experience with Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator is beneficial, but not required
- Prepare and release jobs for production.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
- Review and modify client-supplied artwork to ensure compliance with production requirements.
- Prepare customer quotations and determine appropriate pricing.
- Communicate with third-party suppliers regarding raw material pricing and issue purchase orders as needed.
- Create and submit production jobs for new products and low-inventory items.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
