What You'll Do
- Perform in-house laboratory testing (CBC, chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, etc.)
- Prepare and submit samples to reference labs
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment
- Ensure quality control and accurate record keeping
- Communicate critical results promptly to the medical team
- Anticipate doctor needs and prioritize diagnostics accordingly
- Support both general practice and ER cases, adapting quickly to changing priorities
- LVT preferred, but equivalent lab experience strongly considered
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure without sacrificing accuracy

- Base hourly rate of $25-$32
