This flexible split position allows you to work across two clinics, with an estimated 2 days per week at each location—though we’re also open to 3 days per week if that’s a better fit for your lifestyle.

Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic – Leesville, LA
A companion animal practice serving dogs, cats, and the occasional small pet. Located near Fort Polk, our team is known for a warm, family-like atmosphere and high-quality care. Services include wellness care, spays/neuters, soft tissue surgery, and wound management.
Hayes Veterinary Hospital – DeRidder, LA
A long-standing mixed-animal practice providing care for cats, dogs, livestock, bovines, and small ruminants. (If you only want to see small animals, that is fine as well!) We’re deeply rooted in the DeRidder community and pride ourselves on combining solid medicine with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach.
