- Competitive base salary: $175,000–$210,000 (DOE)
- Production-based (22%) bonuses plus hospital profit-sharing bonus

As Managing Veterinarian, You Will
- Provide medical leadership and oversee case management
- Mentor and develop associate DVMs and support staff
- Establish medical protocols and uphold quality standards
- Partner closely with the Hospital Manager on operations, financial performance, and compliance
- Foster strong client relationships and community engagement
- Build a positive, collaborative, and sustainable workplace
