Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage client check-in and check-out, including:
- Consent and release forms

- Payment collection and deposits
- Coordinate communication across multiple platforms
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
- Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth client flow and communication
