- Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls and emails.
- Educate clients on hospital services, preventative care, and payment options.
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Work closely with veterinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Previous experience in customer service, veterinary, or medical fields preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working around animals; enjoys puppy-kisses and kitty cuddles.
