Montville Veterinary Group is a busy small animal hospital that is looking for the right person to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has a friendly personality and enjoys interacting with people. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person but please don’t apply if you are looking to work directly with the animals.

- Maintain a professional, cheerful and helpful attitude when interacting with clients.
- Answer incoming telephone calls using proper telephone etiquette.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Accurately process payments and review invoices with clients.
- Assist with keeping the hospital clean and clear of odors.
- Take complete phone messages and prescription requests.
- Filing charts and assist with maintaining complete medical records.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment.
- Skilled using a computer and comfortable learning new tasks.
- Position does include some weekend shifts.
