NV Roofing is Family-owned roofing company in business over 60 years. We currently have an opening for a full time Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Service Manager who will share responsibilities with every aspect of scheduling commercial and residential repair projects. The assistant will help the team update customers regarding scheduling, ordering materials, report writing, invoicing along with general office duties.
Don’t have experience in construction? No problem, we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses general office experience and has excellent customer service skills and believes in the team mentality.

Requirements
· Must have good computer skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
· Must be a fast learner and self starter
· Must have a team attitude
· Must have outstanding customer service skills
· Must have prior experience with scheduling and or dispatching
· Must be able to keep up with busy email traffic
· Must be organized and proactive
· Must have a good command of the English Language (verbal and written)
Nice to have but not necessary
· Prior industry experience
· Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
