L&D Nurse Manager

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 5x8 Hour Shifts

Pay: $54–$64/hr

We’re seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN Manager to join a respected healthcare facility in San Bernardino, California. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both patients and nursing teams through every stage of the birthing experience.

• Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery Unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Lead and support nursing staff through mentorship, scheduling, and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain efficient, safe, and compassionate workflows.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based best practices.

• License: Active California RN license.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years in a Labor & Delivery Unit, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field.
• Certifications (Required):
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) – American Academy of Pediatrics
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) strongly preferred.
• 5 years of RN experience, including 2 years supervising professional nursing staff in an acute care setting.
