What are the responsibilities and job description for the Convenience Store Clerk position at NuWay-K&H Cooperative?
Responsible for ensuring proper and efficient store operations during the assigned shift within NuWay-K&H Cooperative policies and procedures and in such a manner that contributes to the increased profitability of the store and exhibits commitment to customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and thank every customer.
- Observe shift operating hours, as assigned.
- Report to work on time for scheduled shifts.
- Perform daily tasks as assigned including running the register, stocking shelves, cleaning, etc…
- Adhere to all City, County, and State regulations, policies, laws and ordinances.
- Provide each customer with prompt and courteous service.
- Notify management of all sales, cash or operation discrepancies.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management.
- Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
- Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
