Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role bridges the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring technology solutions meet client needs effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to understand and interpret code, and experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformative IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs and code logic into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.
- Work with development teams to support system implementation, integration, and enhancement efforts.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance solution capabilities.
- Conduct system analyses and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, data flows, and process models.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, demos, and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Technical or Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate the logic of code and scripts (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and their applications in business process automation is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of federal IT compliance and security standards is preferred.
