Podcast Content Producer

Role

The Podcast Content Producer is responsible for producing high-quality podcast content that drives lead generation and lead conversion for Nuvia Dental Implant Center. This role involves writing scripts, hosting, and filming podcast episodes, ensuring engaging and persuasive storytelling that aligns with NUVIA’s brand voice. The Podcast Content Producer plays a key role in increasing brand recognition and reinforcing the promise: Permanent Teeth in 24 Hours.

Responsibilities

• 1. Content Production
• Write a minimum of 4 scripts per month for podcast episodes, progressing from objective script to locked script.
• Fill out the Podcast Ideas Sheet with episode details and create Asana tasks for each produced podcast episode, following naming conventions and linking all related content for organization and tracking.
• Produce a minimum of 4 podcast episode filmings per month to ensure a steady content pipeline.
• Create an event in Google Calendar for each filming and include appropriate team members.
• Create high-level notes (as needed) after filming each episode only within the locked scripts for the editors, ensuring clarity and direction in post-production
• Upload and manage all podcast-related content in Google Drive for easy team access and tracking.
• 2. Guest & Interview Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with patients and smile ambassadors for podcast episodes.
• Conduct empathetic and engaging interviews to ensure patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences on camera.

• 3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in weekly team discussions to review content performance, identify areas for improvement, and brainstorm new ideas.
• Complete the Weekly Focus Document each week, outlining priorities, goals, and key tasks to review with the Podcast Director.

Requirements

• Work remotely and in-office as needed between 8 AM - 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, understanding that to excel, extra hours may be required.
• Comfortable on camera and willing to host podcast episodes as needed, maintaining a warm and engaging presence that builds audience trust.
• Willingness to travel for podcast filming projects as needed.
• Extreme friendliness and compassion in interviews to encourage openness and trust from patients.
• Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and interviewing skills
• Willing to assist in publishing podcast episodes across all platforms, create UTMs, or take on other projects as assigned by the Podcast Director.
• Proficient in Google Drive, digital scheduling tools, and content creation platforms (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Asana, Canva, Frame.io).
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Willing to share What’s Working and What’s Not Working in WWN team meetings to improve processes and content strategy.
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve content.
• Understanding that Podcast Director will determine final content choices.
