What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Sales Review Analyst position at Nuvia Dental Implant Center?
Nuvia Dental Implant Center, is looking for an outgoing Bilingual Sales Review Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for assisting the regional manager ensure the sales process is followed. Hours are full time, Monday-Friday 40hrs a week. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

- Watch multiple full consultations of each consultant on a weekly basis to identify patterns, struggle areas and improvements.
- Meeting with the regional manager to discuss notes, and expectations for the day.
- Strong communication with the regional manager.
- Meet for team huddles.
- Attend all meetings and training required.
- Be organized and orderly to make sure all tasks are completed.
- Have great communication with your team and manager.
- Have a positive attitude and pass that onto your team.
- Ability to work within integrity and provide the best possible feedback for our consultants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of confidence and confidentiality in the smile consultants and in yourself.
- Proactive and professional feedback when communicating about a consult.
- Consistency is key in this role and the ability to be open and coachable is absolutely essential.
- Be Bilingual in Spanish and English.
