- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
- Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with Registered Dietitians, Physicians, Nurses, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support patients with a variety of nutrition-related needs across healthcare settings.
- Utilize evidence-based nutrition practices to improve patient outcomes.
