Specialization: Demonstrated interest or prior clinical experience in women’s health and/or gastrointestinal conditions is required. Additional specialty training will be provided; candidates must be willing to actively engage in ongoing education and clinical preparation to develop expertise in these focus areas.

What We Offer
  • Structured Yet Flexible Scheduling – Predictable scheduling with some flexibility to support work-life balance while maintaining patient care needs.
  • Work-Life Balance – A brand-new, thoughtfully designed workspace, regular movement breaks, high-quality coffee, and a fully stocked fridge and healthy snack drawer.
  • Human-Centered Approach – We prioritize both patient and provider well-being, ensuring our RDs feel supported, valued, and empowered.
  • Collaborative, Solution-Focused Team – Work in an environment rooted in teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving, where open communication is encouraged.
  • Competitive Compensation – Earn $40–$55 per patient hour, with realistic caseload expectations to prevent burnout. Compensation falls within the 60th–75th percentile per the 2024 Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Compensation and Benefits Report.
  • Pathway to Salary-Based Pay – All positions start hourly, with a clear path to a salaried position, ensuring fair and sustainable compensation.

  • Paid Continuing Education – Access webinars, courses, certifications, and books to stay at the forefront of nutrition care.
  • Board Certification Support – We cover board exam fees and provide resources to help you expand your clinical expertise.
  • Career Development & Growth – We actively support specialization, professional development, and leadership growth within the company.
