This role supports the Dining Services Manager by ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently, dining service standards are met, and all resident needs are addressed. In the absence of the manager, the Lead Food Server serves as the primary point of contact for staff, residents, and guests.
Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

Oversee the setup, service, and cleanup of all meals in the dining room.

Ensure dining room cleanliness, organization, and table settings meet facility standards.

Monitor food presentation and portion control for consistency.

Serve as the first point of contact for dining staff during shifts when the manager is absent.

Assign and monitor daily tasks for servers and dietary aides.
