What You’ll Do

Take charge of grill and stovetop cooking during daily dinner service

Lead kitchen prep and coordinate food production for a high-volume service line

Ensure meals meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Work alongside a supportive culinary team focused on resident satisfaction

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

Support menu execution and daily prep based on production sheets

3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or high-volume foodservice

Skilled at grill and sauté work in a fast-paced environment

Able to read and follow recipes and production schedules

Strong communicator and team player with leadership experience preferred
