What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Associate position at NutraMedix, LLC?
Order Fulfillment is responsible for carrying out all order packaging activities on a daily basis. This position is responsible for order picking, checking, packing, processing shipping labels and sealing packages to ship.
- Carry out day-to-day processing and packing of orders according to warehouse SOP’s.
- Reads invoice, transfer document or work order to determine items to be picked, packed and uses computer to process shipping labels and seal packages.
- Checks picked orders to ensure order is accurate.
- Processes incoming and outgoing shipments and packages according to warehouse SOP requirements.
- Organizes finished product inventory in warehouse as directed by Order Fulfillment Lead/ Warehouse Manager.
- Conducts daily and periodic finished product inventory as directed by Order Fulfillment Lead/ Warehouse Manager.
- Sort and organize materials on the racks according to predetermined lot in conjunction with Order Fulfillment Lead/Warehouse Manager.
- Provide quotes and resolve shipping problems by analyzing shipping data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action in conjunction with Customer Service team and Order Fulfillment Lead/ Warehouse Manager.
- Distribute returned finished product according to warehouse SOP requirements.
- Orders and tracks levels of shipping supplies like boxes, labels, tape etc. as directed by Order Fulfillment Lead/Warehouse Manager.
- Fulfill employee personal sign out requests.
- Perform all work in accordance with company standards and established safety procedures.
Education & Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
