$18–$22/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Jensen Beach, FL | No weekends
We're Softwash Technologies, a Jensen Beach-based e-commerce business shipping soft-wash and pressure-washing equipment to contractors across the country. As our Fulfillment Associate, you'll own every order from the moment it hits Shopify to the moment it leaves the building — and personally call each customer for a welcome call and confirmation before it ships. WHAT YOU'LL OWN DAY-TO-DAY
- Pick, pack, label, and ship same-day for any order placed before 2pm
- Make a 2-minute confirmation call on every order before it leaves the building
- Coordinate freight order shipments
- Manage drop-ship orders with vendor partners (PSI, Veloci, BE, Suttner, and others)
- Process returns, warranty claims, and refunds end-to-end
- Receive and inspect inbound inventory; flag damages and short-ships
- Keep your fulfillment tech stack clean and organized

WHAT WE OFFER

YOU'LL NEED TO
- Lift up to 50 lbs and move freely on a warehouse floor for a full shift
- Read shipping manifests and packing lists accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers by phone (calm, friendly, professional)
- Show up reliably — your customers and teammates count on you
NICE TO HAVE (WE'LL TRAIN YOU ON ANYTHING MISSING)
- Experience with Shopify, freight logistics, or a similar e-com fulfillment stack
- Prior shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with drop-ship vendor portals or freight workflows
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
