Senior Director Supply Chain

Job Description:

Nutra-Med Packaging is seeking a highly driven, customer-obsessed, and transformational Senior Director, Supply Chain to architect, lead, and elevate a best-in-class, end-to-end supply chain organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role carries full accountability for demand and supply management, warehouse and logistics operations, and the delivery of industry-leading customer performance.

This is a critical leadership role for a builder and change agent—someone who brings urgency, discipline, and a relentless focus on execution. The successful candidate will own the entire value chain from demand signal to customer delivery, ensuring Nutra-Med consistently exceeds expectations across all service metrics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

End-to-End Supply Chain Ownership:

• Assume full accountability for demand planning, supply planning, inventory strategy, warehousing, distribution, and transportation
• Design and execute a supply chain strategy that prioritizes customer outcomes alongside cost and efficiency
• Establish and enforce clear KPIs, service standards, and operating rhythms across all functions

Customer-Centric Execution

• Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring every aspect of the supply chain is aligned to delivering exceptional service

Own and drive best-in-class performance across:

• On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
• Order accuracy and fill rates
• Returns management and resolution speed
• Customer-specific service level agreements (SLAs)

Partner closely with Commercial leadership and key accounts to strengthen relationships and proactively address customer needs

Develop real-time visibility and reporting to ensure transparency and rapid issue resolution

Demand & Supply Excellence

• Lead a disciplined, data-driven S&OP process to improve forecast accuracy and execution reliability
• Anticipate and mitigate supply/demand risks with speed, decisiveness, and clear communication
• Optimize inventory positioning to balance service excellence with working capital efficiency

Warehouse & Logistics Performance

• Own all warehouse operations, driving productivity, accuracy, and throughput to best-in-class standards
• Design and optimize logistics networks to enhance responsiveness, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Manage and hold accountable all 3PL partners, ensuring strict adherence to service, cost, and quality expectations

Operational Excellence & Systems

• Embed a continuous improvement culture leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and performance management disciplines
• Lead the evolution of ERP and supply chain systems to enable scalability, visibility, and control
• Drive data integrity and analytical rigor to support real-time decision-making and accountability

Leadership & Talent Development

• Build and lead a high-performing team with a strong ownership mindset and commitment to service excellence
• Set and maintain a high-performance bar—develop top talent while decisively addressing gaps
• Foster a culture of urgency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in engineering or supply chain management
• 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing, packaging, or similarly complex environments
• Proven track record of building or transforming supply chain organizations with measurable service and performance improvements
• Deep expertise across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, warehousing, logistics, and 3PL management
• Demonstrated success in significantly improving customer service metrics (OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy)
• Strong systems acumen, including ERP and planning tools
• Highly customer-focused leader who understands the direct connection between supply chain performance and commercial success
• Relentless operator with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• High ownership, intensity, and accountability
