Safetec of America is seeking a highly organized, detail-focused Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects and oversee two designers on our Marketing team. This role blends hands-on design with leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Design for digital, print, packaging, and branding collateral
- Mentor, support, and oversee two designers; provide creative direction and feedback
- Advanced Photo Editing
- Experience in creating videos
- Manage projects from concept through production, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, web, presentations, and product visuals
- Develop and update digital packaging artwork files to ensure accuracy, including dielines, labeling, and FDA-regulated Drug Facts
- Maintain organized files, templates, brand assets, and documentation
- Use Asana (or similar) for workload prioritization, tracking, and approvals
- Coordinate with print vendors and outside partners as needed for accurate proofs for print materials
- Support ongoing refinement of brand guidelines and visual standards
- Uphold high QA standards across all creative output
- Collaborate with customers and sales to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and present design concepts. Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to collaborate on projects, issues, etc., to ensure department projects run smoothly.
- Provide direction and guidance to junior designers or other members of the team, ensuring that design projects align with the overall creative vision and brand identity.
- 5–7 years of graphic design experience (CPG or regulated industry experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and color theory
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Strong digital design and social media content creation skills
- Packaging, pre-press, and dieline experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Regulatory/Drug Facts or FDA compliance experience
- Experience working with vendors and managing production processes
- Motion graphics or video editing skills
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
