What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at inLighten?
Western New York-based technology company looking to add a graphic designer to our in-house graphics department. Graphic designer supports the graphic design and multimedia needs of the company; working closely with the design team and other departments to produce motion graphics, designs, layouts and other multimedia assets.
Requirements:
- Degree or certificate in graphic design
- Experience creating and animating motion graphics
- Strong graphic design skills, visual style and thorough understanding of layout, and color theory
- Strong skills with the latest versions of Adobe AfterEffects, PhotoShop & Illustrator
- Experience with audio editing in software like or similar to Adobe Audition
- Experience in print design
- Must be willing to learn and work with unique software programs
- Must have a professional work ethic and be able to work within deadlines
- Must be able to see projects through from concept to completion with a team or solo
- Must have a solid portfolio demonstrating your full graphic design abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create commercials ads and motion graphics with AfterEffects
- Design print materials for in-house and marketing purposes
- Work with audio editing programs like Adobe Audition to output audio ads for clients
- Effectively process custom artwork requests within a designated time frame
- Work directly with the design team and management in submitting design concepts and reviewing/revising artwork when needed
Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
