Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, motivated mental health clinicians to join our growing practice in a hybrid role based near San Leandro, CA. This position is open to both associates (AMFT, ACSW) and licensed clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) who are passionate about providing high-quality, trauma-informed care.
Clinicians will provide a mix of in-person and telehealth therapy services, supporting a diverse client population. Ideal candidates are grounded in ethical practice, value client-centered care, and are committed to ongoing professional growth.
This role offers flexibility, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to work with individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Compensation for licensed clinicians $75/client hour.
Compensation for associates is based on caseload, starting at $38/client hour.
Benefits offered for clinicians with a caseload of 20 clients per week.
Responsibilities
- For All Clinicians:
- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families via in-person and telehealth sessions
Additional Responsibilities for Licensed Clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC):
- Manage a full caseload independently
- Practice autonomously, including clinical decision-making and treatment planning
- Optionally participate in case consultation and peer collaboration
Additional Responsibilities for Associate Clinicians (AMFT, ACSW):
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision (individual and/or triad) in accordance with BBS requirements
- Apply feedback from supervision to clinical work and professional development
- Maintain progress toward licensure, including tracking supervised hours
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation
- Utilize evidence-based and client-centered approaches tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain ethical and legal standards in accordance with California licensing boards
- Collaborate with team members as needed and contribute to a supportive clinical environment
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to provide trauma-informed, client-centered care with sensitivity and empathy
- Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, somatic approaches, or other relevant frameworks)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries
- Ability to work independently (licensed clinicians) while also engaging in collaboration and consultation when needed
- Openness to feedback and ongoing learning, particularly through supervision (associates)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including timely completion of clinical documentation
- Cultural humility and ability to work with diverse populations
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity
Pay: $38.00 - $75.00 per hour
