Nurtured KY LLC is a luxury residential and commercial cleaning company serving clients across Central and Southern Kentucky. This is not simply a cleaning position. Our Care Specialists help create peace, order, and relief for the clients we serve. Every home or business we enter is treated with professionalism, discretion, and care.

Position Overview:
Care Specialists work directly under a Team Leader and are always paired within a team environment. This role focuses on general cleaning responsibilities while supporting the overall quality and presentation our clients expect. Team members must be able to follow direction well, work efficiently, and contribute positively to the team.

What We Offer:

• W2 employment with pay biweekly.
• All supplies is covered & employees are insured.
• Starting pay at $14 per hour within probation period with opportunity to advance within the company
• Care Specialists will typically ride with a Team Leader to client locations that are farther away. If you are traveling to a job on your own, you will be on the clock from first job to end of last job. Assignments may require travel up to 2 hours from Pulaski County, so reliable transportation and comfort with travel are essential.
• Flexible scheduling with hours that vary week to week but ideally looking for someone available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday! 20 hours minimum-40 hours per week.

• Attention to detail, even in general cleaning tasks
• Able to receive coaching and correction professionally
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care for people and their homes

Employment Requirements:

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
• Employment is contingent upon passing a drug screening
