Responsibilities
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation while ensuring accuracy in medical records and billing using CPT coding where applicable
- Engage in clinical research initiatives and data collection efforts to enhance treatment outcomes and contribute to best practices in behavioral health care
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to expand access to mental health services across diverse geographic locations
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Offer longer-term psychotherapy for patients with ongoing needs.
- Short-term solution focused treatment for EAPs.
- Provides quality individual, couple, family, and/or group therapy, which are focused on the patient's identified diagnosis and needs.
- Provides clinical/therapeutic services to a diverse client population.
- Actively participates in clinical supervision and peer review activities. Provides consultation with other professionals, including ongoing clinical team treatment staffing.
- Accurately completes all documentation responsibilities as outlined in DHS 35 area procedures within established timelines.
Experience
- A master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrating an understanding of their unique psychological needs.
- Proven ability to conduct patient assessments effectively.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies is beneficial.
- Experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
- Strong commitment to patient care and ethical practice within the mental health field.
- Current/unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in WI.
- Experience in working with and treating substance use disorders is preferred but not required.
- Experience in Couples therapy preferred but not required.
- 5 years of Clinical experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document promptly
- Motivated self-starter
- Ability to use discretion and judgment in dealing with sensitive information, demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information, and understanding of HIPAA requirements.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
