We are looking for a full-time, independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Psy.D., Ph.D.) who specializes in both individual and couples therapy to join our team.
We're especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with adults and couples, including women navigating life transitions, parenting, and relationship challenges.
Job Details:
Position Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Independent Contractor
Primary Job Description: To provide therapy to individuals and couples with a broad range of mental health issues, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, personal growth, identity development, relationship improvement, ADHD/ASD.
Starting Date: Summer 2026
Location: Third Ward Office...this position will be both in-person and virtual sessions.
Compensation: $85 - $125 per client session, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, individualized outpatient therapy, assessment, and consultation services.
- Conduct in-person therapy sessions at our welcoming Third Ward office.
- Implement treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and performing timely documentation.
- Offer consultation calls to prospective clients, providing guidance and support in their therapy journey.
- Respond to client inquiries, addressing their needs and expectations with care.
- Participate in occasional networking and community outreach opportunities while benefiting from a steady stream of practice-generated referrals.
- Commit to a caseload of 20 billable sessions per week.
