Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide feedback and support as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Clear background check
- Be at least eighteen years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- We would like you to have a clear background check and a Negative TB test report before your first day.
- Prior experience preferred; however, we can consider the right candidate with this is their first job.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for educating and inspiring young children
