- Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, electrical networks (including high voltage and low voltage), mechanical equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Manage electrical systems schematics, control panels, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately.
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades for facility infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Plan and execute projects related to facility improvements, equipment installations, or system upgrades with effective project management practices.
- Monitor facility performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities within manufacturing operations.
- Proven management experience leading maintenance or facilities teams within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with schematics, control systems, high voltage, and low voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, schematics interpretation, and Ohmmeters.
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial maintenance practices across HVAC systems, electrical networks, mechanical equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Supervising experience that highlights leadership qualities such as communication skills, team development, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English with clear documentation skills for reports, logs, and technical documentation.
