Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Lead patient evaluations and provide high-quality, evidence-based treatments for an outpatient orthopedic population.
  

• Start-Up Collaboration: Work closely with the initial leadership team to streamline workflows and optimize the patient experience in the new building.
  

• Care Coordination: Manage a Monday–Friday caseload with an emphasis on manual therapy, functional movement, and long-term wellness.
  

• Documentation: Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• License: Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing.
  

• Education: Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
  

• Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred; however, we are looking for "start-up" personalities—adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
  

• Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
