This position is available Full-Time in Miami-Dade County, FL

Nursing South Corporation is looking to provide LPN Home Healthcare services to families in need of assistance for their loved ones. Serving the ENTIRE Miami-Dade County.

THE PAY RANGES FOR LPNS ARE: $52,000.00 - $58,200.00 ANNUALLY ($25 - $28 an hour)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Insulin Patients.
• Wound Care.
• IV.
• Medication management and teachings.
• Accurately and thoroughly document patient care observations.
• Provide skilled services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Record all clinical and progress notes and enter them into the patient's permanent record files.
• All LPN duties related to home health care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Level 2 Background Check with AHCA
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of Citizenship
• Social Security Card
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Reliable transportation
• Car Registration and Car Insurance if the vehicle is owned.
