As a key member of our front desk team, the Receptionist/Security will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility during the evening hours. This dynamic and detail-oriented individual will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing patient flow, and supporting the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Receptionist/Security Responsibilities
Greet patients, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, providing information and assistance as needed
Manage the front desk and reception area, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and coordinating patient care activities
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns
Collaborate with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment, including monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to alarms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, reports, and incident logs
Receptionist/Security Requirements
Previous receptionist or security experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Basic computer and telephone skills
Security license or certification preferred
