What We’re Looking For:
- Must have an active MA APRN license
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in multiple SNFs and collaborating with facility teams
- Willingness to travel within MA to a full-time caseload of apx 8 facilities
Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
