Clinical Director - RN Registered Nurse Home Care

Salary Range: $85,000–$100,000, based on experience

NurseCore is seeking a Clinical Director to lead home care services in Syracuse, NY. This full-time role combines clinical expertise and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in compliance with New York state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and Home Health Aides, ensuring training and competency
• Manage client care: assessments, care plans, recertifications, coordination, and discharge planning
• Oversee referrals, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling
• Conduct home visits, clinical reviews, and PAG meetings
• Address client concerns and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York
• 2 years RN experience, including 1 year in home health
• Leadership experience supervising staff, including hiring/firing
• BSN or 4-year degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Schedule & Travel:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; occasional evenings/weekends
• Local travel; occasional out-of-area/overnight travel
