Leadership Position, Clinical Director RN / Home Care

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to supervise our Syracuse team and grow into a clinical leadership role. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who excels in clinical oversight, compliance, team development, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing (NLN-accredited) or a 4-year degree (preferred)
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
• 2 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a related field (preferred)
• Supervisory experience within the last 3 years

Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually

This range represents NurseCore’s good faith estimate of compensation in compliance with New York pay transparency laws. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
