BI-LINGUAL LEASING AGENTS NEEDED
We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Leasing Agent at one of our apartment communities located in Tyler, TX. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, ability meeting goals and achieving results. Must be able to present the community in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships with great communication and organizational skills. Experience with marketing, resident retention, and LIHTC experience a plus. Professional image is required. Must be available to work weekends.
