This contract role is based onsite in our Brisbane, CA headquarters.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, managing complex calendars and changing priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics as needed.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams to ensure a seamless hiring process from application through offer.
- Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, requisitions, templates, and communications within Greenhouse and other talent systems.
- Monitor recruiting activity and ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely follow-up throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives as needed.
- Help create an inclusive, positive, and consistent experience for every candidate who engages with Nurix.
What You'll Bring
- 2 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative, or related experience, preferably within biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and general business applications.
- A high level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and follow-through.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
