HVAC Installer / Installer Helper
NuMech HVAC Solutions is a growing HVAC company based in St. Amant, Louisiana, serving customers from Baton Rouge to New Orleans.
We’re looking for a dependable HVAC Installer or Installer Helper who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a company that focuses on installations, changeouts, new construction, and light commercial projects.
Whether you’re an experienced installer or someone eager to learn, we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to do things the right way.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install ductwork, grilles, registers, and ventilation
- Assist with equipment changeouts and new construction
- Start up and test completed systems
- Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
- Work safely and as part of a team
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience preferred but not required
- Willing to train the right helper
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in attics and outdoors
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
