Pay Range: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Follows standard procedures and processes to ensure that the job progression stays on time
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during installation.
• Assist with training and developing installers and apprentices to advance.
• Properly connect equipment (electrical hook-ups, gas lines, and venting).
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
• Responsible for a company work vehicle, parts inventory, and equipment assigned to the company work vehicle.
• Performs all work to industry standards and maintains a professional manner and appearance at all times.
• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and practices safe work habits.
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Presents ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.

Requirements:

• 3yr HVAC installation experience in the field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment.
• Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies
• Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
• Ability to work in various types of work environments
• Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods of time, walking and climbing ladders
