Role Description
We’re looking for in-house legal talent with real-world experience.
NumeAI operates at the intersection of technology, business, IP, and capital formation. We need a lawyer who understands startups move fast — and knows how to protect them without slowing them down.
Ideal background:
- Litigation experience (you’ve been in the arena)
- Licensed in New York or Florida
- Working knowledge of corporate law
- Trademark and patent experience (hands-on preferred)
- Comfortable advising founders and operators, not just drafting memos
