About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor provides comprehensive clinical interventions and counseling for clients
struggling with addiction and/or mental health issues. NuLife employs a therapeutic approach
of being empathetic, respectful, and motivational, while encouraging clients to take
responsibility for their lives. This position works well with others and actively participates as
part of the treatment team. Demonstrates high professional and ethical standards. Acts as a
positive role model, providing clients with guidance and support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients in IOP/PHP settings.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses.
• Develop and update treatment plans aligned with medical necessity criteria.
• Accurately assess and plan for changes in clinical levels of care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing client support.
• Administer and document urine drug screens as needed.
• Conduct outreach to clients who miss scheduled appointments and document
appropriately.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active Indiana License LMHC, LCSW
- 1 years of post-grad clinical experience (2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of mental health and substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
- Familiarity with IOP/PHP
- Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to support recovery
