Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fishers, IN. The primary responsibilities include assisting individuals with substance use and mental health challenges through personalized care plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Documentation and progress tracking are essential parts of this role to measure recovery goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong assessment, counseling, and case management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and progress tracking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, compassion, and a sincere desire to help individuals in recovery
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., LSW, LMHCA, LCSW, LMHC) preferred
- Previous experience in an Intensive Outpatient behavioral health setting is beneficial.
