Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, bulldozers, and loaders efficiently and safely

- Handle and manage loads appropriately to prevent damage or injury
- Support site development, earth moving, and trenching activities
- Adapt to occasional travel for different construction site locations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation techniques
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in load management
