What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct-Hire) position at NuHire, LLC?
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
**PLUS 1.5X OT over 40 hours and a monthly incentive program that ranges from $2-$5hr in addition to regular pay plus a $2/hr shift differential. Most techs making 100k with OT and bonus factored in.
