Principal Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of Microsoft service projects, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality communication and support.
- Plan and manage Microsoft solution onboarding, configuration, and operational implementation of service projects, including Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, and SharePoint
- Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation including contact lists, status updates, and post-project summaries.
- Develop a comprehensive operational handoff plan for client's post-implementation, including key ownership roles, workflows, and success metrics for long-term service maintenance
- Organize and lead internal and client-facing meetings, coordinate agendas, track action items, and manage follow-ups.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactively identify and address project risks or issues, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to remove project blockers, resolve issues, and drive project success.
- Maintain and support NuHarbor's project management processes, tools, and reporting practices.
- Deliver concise, professional, and client-facing presentations and status reports to a variety of stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively across teams and departments, driving engagement and a customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical or IT-related projects.
- In lieu of a degree, proven success and a minimum of two (2) years' experience in IT project management or Microsoft solution delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify the complex
- for different stakeholders and audiences.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and keep complex projects on schedule.
- Demonstrated experience as a team player with a willingness to adapt to different client
- demands on a daily basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- This job is open to current contractors for conversion to full-time employment.
- PMP, Agile, or other project management certification
- Background in cybersecurity or enterprise IT services
- Experience working within a consulting or managed services organization
- Team player mindset with adaptability to take on varied responsibilities as needed
