- Deliver new capabilities that drive business results on medium to large, moderately to highly complex IT projects and/or programs.
- Lead initiatives through the defined Solution Delivery Process (SDP) from initiation through close.
- Partner and influence stakeholders to deliver scalable and optimized solutions.
- Manage and report status on assigned projects to ensure on-time delivery, within approved budget, and aligned with expected business value.
- Assign priorities and coordinate activities of project staff.
- Define project quality and success criteria.
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks while properly assessing priorities.
- Own the project/program plan, work breakdown structure, and identified critical path.
- Drive timely and effective project communications, including sponsor interactions, meeting facilitation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and PCI requirements.
- Manage the change control process and assess impacts of scope changes on cost, schedule, and resources.
- Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Plan and schedule project and program deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Adhere to project management standards and contribute to the PM community of practice.
- Recommend solution approaches during project/program initiation.
- Make decisions on policy changes, resource needs, project schedules, solution options, and budgets.
- Escalate issues appropriately.
- Operate in a matrixed environment by assigning and monitoring tasks for project resources.
- Manage project financials, including baselines, forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 8 years of related work experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of technical environments, including servers, computers, networks, and operating systems.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex IT projects.
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Liberal Arts.
