The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity
- Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
- Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of operations, inventory flows, and cost drivers
- Advanced analytical capability, including actuals-to-budget/forecast variance analysis, trend identification, and clear communication of key drivers to leadership
- Proven data management and systems expertise, including accurate import/export and reconciliation between ERP and supporting systems, ensuring data integrity, controls, and reliable reporting
You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with ERP and various accounting systems.
Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000
