Lead Business Analyst with 12 years of experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation for large-scale IT systems
Provides day-to-day leadership to BA teams and works closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to plan, analyze, and document system requirements
Leads business process analysis, gap analysis, and system documentation for the WIC MIS (MOSAIC) system, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and program regulations
Develops and manages project plans, tracks milestones, identifies risks/issues, and reports status to leadership
Translates complex business needs and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable functional and system requirements
Guides stakeholders through requirements prioritization, validation, and sign-off
Applies project management methodologies and industry-standard business analysis practices to support system modernization and compliance
