Position Overview: We’re looking for a highly organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Korean/English) to support our fast‑paced, high‑pressure operations team. This is not a short‑term role — we’re seeking someone who wants long‑term stability and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with shipment coordination, documentation, and data entry
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors in Korean and English
- Provide real‑time shipment updates and help resolve issues
- Handle scheduling, filing, and follow‑up tasks
- Maintain accurate records and internal reports
- Deliver friendly, proactive customer service
Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Extremely organized; able to multitask in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- No experience required — willingness to learn is essential
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, basic office software, and general computer functions
- Part‑time, 5 days a week, Monday–Friday, with either a consistent morning or afternoon shift
- Potential for longer hours and/or full time based on performance
- Office hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (final schedule discussed during interview)
- Able to work on-site
- 3‑month paid training period, plus one year probation period
