We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Porter/Painter/Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and appearance of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform some routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance when needed.
- Provide mechanical knowledge to assist in the upkeep of machinery and tools.
- Assist with painting unit for make readies
- Haul Trash
- Groundskeeping of two parking lots
- Proficiency in electrical systems with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to read schematics for effective problem-solving in maintenance tasks.
- Background in facilities maintenance with a focus on safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Customer service orientation to ensure satisfaction among residents or facility users.
