Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including air conditioning , appliance , plumbing, light carpentry , sheetrock and make ready repairs. Your proactive approach and hands-on skills will ensure our community is a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in all areas of maintaining a property. Responsibilities
- Turn service requests in a timely and acurate manner
- Help with making ready apartments when necessary
- Be available to rotate on call with other co workers
Experience
- Previous experience in maintaining an apartment community or like industry.
- Have a good attitude towards customers and be able to work with other co workers.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
